Shopify Integration

Integrate your Shopify store with Little Pay to accept secure payments. This integration uses the Little Pay Shopify App, providing a seamless checkout experience for your customers.

1. Install the Little Pay App​

  1. Visit the Little Pay app on the Shopify App Store.
  2. Click Install.
  3. Log in to your Shopify store admin if prompted and click Install App to authorize the installation.

2. Configure API Credentials​

Upon installation, you will be asked to provide your Client ID and Client Secret. These credentials link your Shopify store to your Little Pay merchant account.

How to get your Client ID and Client Secret​

  1. Access the Merchant Portal: Navigate to https://pay.little.africa and log in to your account.
  2. Open Merchants Section: From the main dashboard, click on the Merchants menu item in the left sidebar.
  3. Select Your Merchant: Click on the specific merchant account you want to manage.
  4. Access Merchant Settings: Once you're in the merchant view, click on Merchant Settings from the left sidebar.
  5. Navigate to Security: In the Merchant Settings page, look for and click on the Security tab.
  6. Copy Credentials: You will find your Client ID and Client Secret listed here. Copy these and paste them into the Shopify app configuration page.

3. Enable the Payment Method​

After saving your API credentials:

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payments.
  2. Little Pay should appear under your Supported Payment Methods.
  3. Ensure it is activated to start accepting payments at checkout.

All done! Your Shopify store is now ready to accept payments via Little Pay.
